Plates Over Pills
Two FREE 1-on-1 Sessions With Mr. Akash Malik
You've Probably Already Received
Plenty of Diet Advice
A relative told you what worked for them.
A YouTube video told you what to cut out.
Someone handed you a diet chart.
Their body isn't yours. Their routine isn't yours. Their health concerns aren't yours. So why should their diet be yours?
Akash starts somewhere else. Before telling you what to eat, he wants to understand how you live.
What Happens in Your Two FREE Sessions
Understanding You
The first session is a conversation, not a consultation. Akash asks about your routine, your work hours, your sleep, your family meals, what you actually enjoy eating, and what you've already tried.
Your reports and health concerns matter, but so does the life around them. Nothing is prescribed in this session — it exists only so he understands your situation properly before saying a single word about food.
Finding Your Direction
In the second session, Akash shares what he noticed and where he believes the real starting point is for you. You'll talk through what's realistic to change first, what can wait, and what will actually fit into your day.
You leave with clarity on your direction, not a rigid chart you'll abandon in a week.
No generic diet chart handed to you in five minutes.
Just two honest conversations to help you get clarity.
Why Plates Over Pills?
1-on-1 coaching
Hi, I'm Akash Malik, a Dietician, and I've spent nearly 10 years working with people who are trying to make sense of their health and what they should actually be eating.
Over time, I've seen one recurring problem — people are often given instructions before anyone takes the time to understand the person following them.
- ×Eat this.
- ×Don't eat that.
- ×Avoid this.
- ×Cut that out.
- Your routine.
- Your habits.
- Your preferences.
- Your challenges.
- Your health concerns.
But a plan only makes sense when you understand the life it's supposed to fit into. That's why my approach starts with the person, not the diet chart — then we figure out an approach that you can actually understand and follow.
